Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed and within your doorstep in 2-10 Business days including weekends. However, we strive to expedite the process to 1-5 days including weekends. We always strive to fulfill as fast as possible so that the shipping and waiting times shortens. 

2. Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Local (Borås, Sweden):

    • Local Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Domestic (within Sweden, excluding Borås):

  • Standard Shipping (International): 2-5 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary based on factors such as customs processing and local postal services. We always you to contact us if you are unsure where your package is and what shipping carrier is taking care of it. 

3. Uncollected Orders and Returns Policy

We work with international external shipping carriers like PostNL, DHL, Royal Mail and more to deliver your orders worldwide. According to the tracking information available on carriers' websites, You will get a notification that your package has arrived at the local pickup point. However, if the recipient fails to collect the package within the designated holding period, it will be returned to us. Make sure to contact us so we can guide you if you haven't received your package within the recommended shipping time.

Since we do not manage the shipment after it leaves Sweden, we are unable to provide specific details about what may have gone wrong during delivery. We can only rely on the information available through the postal operators of the destination country, which is the same information visible to you.

If your order is returned due to failure to pick it up from the local pickup point, we will follow our refund procedures and inform you of the next steps.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Local shipping to Borås may have a reduced rate or be free of charge, depending on promotions and order value.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office for information on potential fees. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may result in your order being returned to us, and additional shipping fees may be applied for reshipment.

7. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent delivery delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
